Step 1

• Zoning the space, taking into account the client’s wishes, thinking about the functionality of each square meter;

Step 2

• Research, develop and illustrate the concept;

• Presentation of the concept/design.

Step 3

• Further development of the 6 key plans (construction plans, FF&E plans, electrical plans, floor finishes plans, ceiling plans and wall plans);

• Prepare the final set of schedules for the furniture and appliances.

Step 4

• 3D renders and drawings with dimensions, materials and colors;

• Prepare the final set of detail drawings.

Step 5

• Site visits to review the progress of the construction and establish all the final details;

• Assist and coordinate all the teams involved in the project (construction, furniture, sanitaryware, electrical, etc.).

Step 6

• The last decorative touches;

• You accept the result.
